The Film Agency for Wales welcomes the BFI's New Horizons for UK Film
The Film Agency for Wales welcomes the BFI's New Horizons for UK Film future plan 2012-2017, which has been put out for consultation until the 10th June 2012. We encourage both the BFI and those who work in film across Wales, including filmmakers, cinemas, festivals and film education practitioners to fully engage with the consultation and to continue the productive conversation beyond that date as part of an on-going process of better shaping policy and funding opportunities to the needs of the sector. In particular, we acknowledge the plans intent to deliver greater support to the whole of the UK and we look forward to working with the BFI in meeting that and other key objectives.
